Director of Development

Responsibilities: - Lead due diligence, title, and survey matters from inception through site acquisition - Coordinate efforts among landowners, surveyors, utility providers, consultants, and attorneys - Foster relationships with community groups and stakeholders - Oversee ALTA surveys and preliminary project design plans - Review and negotiate proposals and contracts - Manage project progress and identify critical path challenges - Create and update project budgets and financial models - Strategize long-term team expansion - Contribute to data center design standards
